Practical information
Duration: Monday to Friday, 5 days in total.
Location: My workshop in Nans-les-Pins, Provence, France.
Hours: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm.
Group size: A maximum of two participants per workshop, ensuring individual guidance and personal attention.
Available dates can be found on my website. It is also possible to arrange an alternative session if two people wish to attend together, or to organise an individual workshop.
Tools and equipment
To make the most of your training and be able to practise the techniques at home, each participant must have their own tools.
A detailed list will be provided, allowing you to order the necessary equipment directly from a specialist supplier.
If you would also like to discover leather carving (sculpting and creating relief patterns in leather), a separate specialist tool kit can be offered.
These kits are designed to help you continue practising at home and build on what you have learned during the workshop.
Who are these workshops for?
Leatherworking requires precision, patience and a certain degree of manual dexterity. No previous experience is necessary, but you should feel comfortable with practical, hands-on activities.
Some stages involve the use of sharp or pointed tools, particularly awls and cutting tools. Their use therefore requires care, attention and strict adherence to safety instructions.
